Gersteltec 提供多种SU-8光刻胶，适用于不同的材料和应用环境。我们提供的光刻胶是配好的成品（ready-to-use），可以直接使用在各种膜片，涂料，墨水或者溶液。functional SU-8系列产品可用于各种微型器件的制作。SU-8 采用IBM研发的环氧树脂. SU-8可应用于MEMS, MOMES, UV-LIGA 等操作中，固定可采用多种光源，比如 X-ray, UV 和 e-Beam。
